Karly Moore, LCSW
Karly completed her education and clinical training at Hamilton College and Boston University Graduate School of Social Work.
In Karly’s experience working as a residential clinician and school counselor, she uses a strengths-based approach to build a strong therapeutic bond with each of her clients and provide them with the coping stages they need to make their life better. Karly specializes in clients who are challenged by ADD, anxiety, depression, and trauma. She employs diverse therapeutic techniques to guide her work and uses an empathetic and non-judgmental stance, to empower and motivate clients to be their own agent of change.
Karly first creates a holistic view of your child through an initial intake that identifies areas that need to be strengthened so you can help your child realize his or her full potential. Karly then maps out a personalized blueprint for success - focused on getting your child back on track - behaviorally, socially, emotionally, and academically.
“I feel so lucky that part of my work is getting to laugh with clients as we work together to utilize and expand on your existing strengths and capabilities. While I may be the therapist, I believe that clients are the experts of their own story and know themselves best. As a result- my work will always be person-centered and strength-based as we work together to help you and your child grow and meet your goals!”
